Not every item in our online store is available immediately. Our distrubtion centers and suppliers carrier a vast majority of the products we sell, but some non-stock finishes etc have a lead time from manufacturers to supply to our shipping department.
If you are looking for a quick shipping time we advise that you contact us at email@example.com for confirmation of stock. Please include the item Brand, Model and SKU of the product you wish to check in your email.
Once you place an order you will receive an email with an estimated shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options for the items you purchase.
Please note, some non-stock or speciality colour products may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Most shipments are sent ground courier (Purolator, UPS, or Canada Post) with signature required.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
We ship anywhere in Canada with a physical address.
At this time we do no ship outside of Canada.
We ship anywhere in Canada. Orders over $200 ship for free with some exceptions. Flat rate shipping applies for all other orders.
Larger products (tubs, toilets, vitreous china sinks, silgranite sinks & furniture) may not be eligible for free shipping and are noted in the item details. Freight shipping charges apply.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Upon shipping you will receive and email confirmation with tracking link and info.
Please check your packing slip included in shipment for any notes on backordered items. Some items are shipped from different Distribution Centers or direct from our supplier and may ship separately. Contact us at email@example.com if you require more information on an incomplete shipment.
Occasionally, a carrier will scan a package as delivered before it arrives at the final destination. It may take an additional day or two for your package to be delivered.
If the package doesn't arrive within a day or two of shipment date please contact us for further tracing. Most items require a signature for delivery, and attempted delivery notice will be left if carrier could not drop package.
Check with members of your household, neighbors, doormen, and the front desk to see if someone accepted delivery.
Look around your delivery area. Carriers try to leave packages in safe locations. Typical spots include under porches, under benches, back doors, and around garages.
Check your mailbox. Some smaller items are placed there.
Look for an attempted delivery notice. If the carrier feels it is unsafe to leave your package at your residence, the driver will leave an attempted delivery notice.
Once you have verified that shipment did not take place, or that the carrier is not holding the package contact us for further investigation. Please note our policy for lost or missing shipments is to exhaust the tracking with the carrier and submit a claim before processing a duplicate order. Shipment will be replaced at that point, or a store credit.
DELIVERY & FULLFILMENT
Items in stock in the Distribution Centre take 5-10 Business Days to reach the shipping location. Typically this is closer to 5 Business Days.
