DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING AND WHAT IS YOUR POLICY?
We are happy to ship throughout Canada, as well as offer free shipping across Canada on almost all orders over $200 However, please be advised larger products such as TUBS, TOILETS, VITREOUS CHINA SINKS, SILGRANITE SINKS, CERTAIN FURNITURE may not be eligible for free shipping and are noted in the item details. If this is the case, please contact us and we
can discuss FREIGHT SHIPPING as they may apply.
Most of our orders qualify for free shipping if they’re over $79.00. To find out if there are any additional shipping rates due to size, weight, or delivery standards, please contact us for discussion and clarification.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Shipping and delivery will be estimated for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options for your purchase. Some non-stock or special ordered products may take anywhere between 4-12 weeks for
shipping and delivery. If the product you’ve ordered is a specialty order product, you will receive an email after ordering stating whether the product is on backorder, giving you the option to proceed or have us look for different alternatives.
Once your item order has left our warehouse, you will receive any tracking information associated with your order by email.
IS EXPRESS SHIPPING AVAILABLE?

IS MY SIGNATURE NEEDED WHEN MY PACKAGE ARRIVES?
Yes. We generally ask that a signature is provided upon the arrival of your package, just to ensure that it has been delivered correctly.

That Blue Tub is a Canadian company. Though we accept payment from
USA billing addresses we ship within Canada only.
